Jenny Hoffman is Chief Operating Officer and Partner of Azure Flight Support, a Tennessee-based aviation company providing fixed-base operator (FBO), aircraft maintenance, aircraft charter, aircraft sales and flight training services. She oversees operations across Azure’s locations, including its operation at Salisbury Regional Airport (KSBY).

Originally from northeast Pennsylvania, Jenny attended Clarion University in Clarion, PA, where she was a collegiate basketball player and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media Arts and Journalism and a Master of Science in Public Relations.

After moving to Nashville in 2015, Jenny began working for Corporate Flight Management in 2016, marking her entry into the aviation industry. Azure Flight Support later emerged from Corporate Flight Management, and Jenny has continued working with the same ownership group throughout her aviation career. Through hands-on experience, mentorship and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, she progressed into her current role as COO and Partner.

In addition to her role with Azure, Jenny serves as Chairwoman of the Tennessee Business Aviation Association, where she works to increase awareness of career opportunities within business aviation and strengthen connections across the aviation community. In 2026, she was selected as a National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 Award recipient, recognizing rising leaders making an impact on the business aviation industry.

Today, Jenny is closely involved in Azure’s growth at KSBY and the company’s continued investment in the Salisbury and Wicomico County community.

Andrew Draznin is the Managing Partner of Teeron Industries, a holding company that owns a portfolio of businesses within the broader Electronic Manufacturing Services space. He currently serves as the President of Al-Tech Associates, a contract manufacturing business located in Fruitland, Maryland. 

Prior to establishing Teeron in 2021, Andrew was a Principal at MidOcean Partners, a mid-market private equity firm where he focused on investments in the technology and business services space. Prior to MidOcean, Andrew was a senior investment analyst at Sound Point Capital and spent five years as a technology investment banker at Deutsche Bank. 

Andrew graduated from Union College in 2007 with a degree in Economics and Art History. Andrew is an avid tennis player and lives in Miami with his wife and two kids, and a third on the way. He is currently on the board of Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach and Head of the Investment Committee for the Jewish Federation of Miami.
